How much are the classes?
Classes are discounted to about $100 a day, plus or minus for Early Bird SignUps. Classes will increase in cost if you are signing up in the last two weeks before class.
Are there additional Costs to the Class?
https://www.nar.realtor/education/designations-and-certifications National Association of REALTORS® sets the cost for Certification (a one time fee) and Designation (an ongoing membership). Each course has a different blueprint and you can learn more by searching your class on the link above.
Why can’t I get CE Credit for Designations & Certifications?
Currently Go Straley Seminars and eXp Realty are offering courses on a National Level. Most courses are attended by REALTORS® around the U.S. This is a resource of great value allowing referral relationships to be built, sometimes referrals received before the class is completed. Additionally GSS courses are interactive, fast-paced, based on real life stories of our top producing REALTORS! These benefits for “live virtual” instruction are priceless. If you prefer to seek CE Credit we have the ability to provide Association or Corporate Hosted classes and will collaborate with leadership to provide local courses offering CE Credit. Who can take the Go Straley Seminar National Association of REALTORS® Designation and Certification Courses?
All REALTORS® are eligible to attend Go Straley Seminars instruction in the eXp Realty and VirBela platforms. Registration is the same as above and instructions will be provided when seeking to gain access to the eXp World. Request a guest pass by texting Go Straley Seminars at 540-379-1949. It’s fun. We also offer courses by Zoom - for ease of brokerage neutral attendees! Same instructors, same interaction, and discussion based on the PRINCIPLES OF REAL ESTATE.
Where are the Classes held and how do I get there?
NAR® courses are licensed by NAR® and its associated councils. Attendees must register and pay for courses ONLINE. www.gostraley.as.me/classes
Most courses online will be offered in the eXp World or ZOOM. Once you register for a course you will be sent a confirmation. One week before class you will receive a reminder via email. One or two days before class you receive the Student Manual and the instructions for class entry. Student Manual will also be available in the virtual classroom, the day of the course.
Is this “LIVE” or “Pre-Recorded” Class? How do I interact?
All NAR® Courses are delivered live and interactive. There are room for about 50 persons per classroom and participation is required for approval of attendance. There are three media screens, and main screen will deliver the powerpoint course. Other screens may be utilized for demonstration, videos, pdfs and customization. Additionally, it is important to note there is a chat box. Please sign in when entering the classroom by typing in your name - city and state. It is important you maintain activity through movement, voice and chat. Attendance records and approval will largely rely upon your interaction throughout the day, so be consistent and repetitive in chat responses, workgroups and discussions.
How do I get class materials?
NAR® Designation and Certification classes each have a highly professional student manual developed by National REALTOR® Instructors. Your student manual will be delivered within your reminder email. Please save this Student Manual for easy access and if possible download and print for integration of the material with the instructors. The NAR materials are copyrighted and for your use only!
What if I am having difficulty signing into the World or Class?
eXp World is a phenomenal collaboration tool and one of the main benefits that comes with being an agent at eXp Realty. The new link is accessible from your Enterprise launch pad by clicking the “eXp World, Invite/Access eXp World” tile.

What if my mic doesn’t work in class?
It is always recommended to have a mic so you might interact with your peers and instructors. Do not let NO MIC stop you from beginning today, because you will hear the materials and have full access to the chat box.
Instructors are trained to review the chat box as they facilitate a class so you will have all your questions and comments answered and considered.
In the rare instance your question is not seen -please re-enter your question in the chat box, until addressed.
What shall I do if I can’t hear the instructor?
If you are in class and cannot hear the speaker you should first check your equipment. Is your sound turned up and connections plugged in, headset turned on.
If you cannot hear the speaker and your devices seem to be operational you can click on the gear box at the top right of your screen and check your equipment settings for mics and speakers.
The next best thing maybe to exit the room and/or exit the World, then re-enter. Occasionally, a software patch may need to reload on your computer. This action most often cures all ailments.
Please make sure to advise the Instructor in the chatbox if your mic or headset is not working.
When all else fails, go to tech support. You can find the dropdown on the top left of your screen when in the eXp World campus or use this fast support link for prompt assistance.
Can I cancel or reschedule a class?
Classes are offered and must be paid prior to attendance through the online link. If you would like to reschedule a class you may go to your Confirmation email and use the “reschedule button” for ease and convenience. Not all courses will have the reschedule button and if necessary please text 540-379-1949.
There is no cancellation of courses offered at this time, however a credit will be established for you at the cost you paid (minus the banking fee charged). All courses are assessed a banking transfer fee and the remainder fee is credited to Go Straley Seminars which will be the amount of your credit for future class.

What are the steps to be a NAR® Faculty Instructor in the Cloud?
Attend and participate in an NAR® Course with Go Straley Seminars. Sign up and Register online. Also, make a call to Rebecca Straley to advise you have interest in pursuing NAR® education.
Choose a field of interest that best suits your talent. If there is a market in the cloud education environment, The Straleys may volunteer to work with you to acquire the materials, approvals and knowledge to facilitate.
Send bio, photo and resume to Rebecca Straley in workplace chat so she might forward materials to National Association for review and approval.
At this time, we have five pending instructors and are not taking new applications at this time, however let’s get started now with faculty approval, cloud training, and scheduled classes in eXp World. It’s fun and like we say, “if you want to learn, teach.”
